Located in the heart of the slate quarries of Trélazé, our accommodation offers you comfort and conviviality, ideal for stays with family or friends.

• A large bright bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), a shower and sink directly integrated into the bedroom for more comfort.
• A practical laundry room with all the cleaning needs and storage space.
• Separate toilets.
• A large warm living room with a lounge area (TV, wifi), a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc.) and a large table to share your meals.
🛌 Upstairs, you will have:
• Two bedrooms, each with a large double bed and a small child's bed, perfect for families.
• A bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
