About 1 km away in the town of Chemuyil, you’ll find a couple of restaurants—seafood, tacos, pizza, etc.—where you can have breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You’ll find a fruit stand, a convenience store, and a pharmacy.

We suggest renting a car at the airport; if that’s not within your budget, you can get there by public transportation. We have open parking.

If you’re coming from Tulum, take public transportation to Chemuyil.

Once in Chemuyil, take a taxi, a motorcycle taxi, or walk 1 km to reach Santuario Apartments

If you’re coming from Cancún
Take the ADO bus from Cancún to Playa del Carmen, then take the van heading to Tulum and ask to be dropped off in Chemuyil.

We’re located in the jungle—it’s a beautiful and peaceful place. We suggest renting a car. We’re located 1 km from town and public transportation.

• Check-out at 11:00 a.m.

• Late check-out is available for an additional fee and subject to availability.
or After 11:00 a.m., 50% of the total stay will be charged.
or After 6:00 p.m., 100% of the total stay will be charged.

• Guests are not permitted on the premises.
• Up to 2 children under 12 years of age stay free per room.

• Parties and amplified music are not permitted.

• Please respect and take care of the facilities.

• Please leave the kitchen area clean. Wash the dishes, take out the trash, and put away your food.

• Please keep your belongings in your room and lock the door. A safe is available for your use.

• When you check out, please make sure you have all your belongings with you.
