- Please note that there are animals on-site, including free-range ducks, geese, pigs, and live bees. Coyotes are also active in the area. Children and pets should be supervised at all times
- The groundskeeper has a workshop on-site, and may be present during your stay
- Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is in front of the workshop looking toward the road. Camera 2 is on the barn facing the animals. Camera 3 is behind the workshop facing the property exterior. Camera 4 is on the guest suite facing the main entry and driveway. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion

We absolutely loved our stay and so glad we chose country vs being right in Eugene. The forest meets the farm here and it was a blast. We had our whole family come, and it was perfect for what we needed, which was basically a home base while we were in town for a family reunion. Neil is the loveliest, and Brian who works the property showed us around, pigs, geese, horses, and all the garden awesomeness. Everything was clean, and accommodating, played badminton in the back yard and my son loved the tree swing. Would absolutely come back if we are ever in the area. Thanks for a great stay!

Actually I would give it a 4.5. Beds were comfy. The view was beautiful. The kids loved observing the animals. The caretaker was helpful and kind. The kitchen is short some basics like a blender and griddle but the appliances are all new. The decor is strange. Lots of places to play, and lovely walks and evenings in the hot tub. We had a wonderful stay.

Place was great, nice and quiet. Great view, plenty of room for 9 of us. Owner operator was very prompt with answers to questions.
