Karkizano is the perfect apartment for families or small groups of friends who value comfort, modern design, and a great location. It’s located on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator, right in the heart of the vibrant Gros neighborhood, just steps from Zurriola Beach —a favorite among surfers— and surrounded by shops, bars, and restaurants.

The apartment features a bright and cozy living area with an open-plan kitchen and dining space. The dining area includes a lovely table set between a large window and the fully equipped kitchen, creating a perfect space for relaxing and enjoying meals together.

The main bedroom is spacious and filled with natural light. It offers a queen-size bed (150 cm), a charming bay window, a large wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a generous walk-in shower. The second bedroom is also large and includes two single beds, another spacious wardrobe, and a second en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances and all the necessary cookware and utensils to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Whether you plan to cook or just have breakfast at home, you’ll find everything you need.

The apartment also includes a fast and reliable Wi-Fi connection, and there is an option to reserve a parking space nearby (subject to availability and with an extra cost).
