Summary:

A quiet apartment located in the heart of Jerusalem in the luxurious 'Savyon View' residence tower. The apartment offers stunning panoramic views of Jerusalem, including an incredible garden on the tenth floor overlooking the Old City.



The apartment features a balcony, 24-hour security, a lobby, plasma TV, Smart TV, Nespresso machine, washing machine, dryer, and everything you need for a pleasant stay.



The apartment is located on the ninth floor and features a standard safe room (mamad).



Location: A 10-minute walk from the Mamilla complex and the Old City, a 5-minute walk from the famous Mahane Yehuda market, and 2 minutes from the light rail and a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shopping malls.



Local Tax Information: In accordance with Israeli law, Israeli citizens are subject to an additional 18% VAT on top of the price displayed on the website. Tourists (holding a B2 entry visa) are exempt from this payment upon presenting their visa permit from the airport.



For our Sabbath-observing guests: Check-out after Shabbat (on Saturday night) is possible for an additional fee of 300 ILS.

The bedroom offers a spacious and comfortable retreat, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep, despite the apartment's central location. You can easily create a dark and relaxing atmosphere by closing the ultra-modern electric blinds. The bathroom includes the toilet and a washing machine for your use. Enjoy entertainment with a TV and stay connected with complimentary WiFi throughout the apartment. Fresh linens and towels are provided for your comfort.



Guest Access:

The entire apartment and all of its amenities are available to you, including a private parking

spot. The building has an incredible garden that is located on the 10th floor and overlooks the

city that you are welcome to use.

Indulge your senses at the bustling Machne Yehuda market, offering a diverse selection of local produce and culinary delights. Explore the shops and restaurants of Mamilla, all within easy reach.
