Cocoonr is offering this charming, air-conditioned house for rent in Saint-Cyprien, 2.5 km from the beach, with a swimming pool, a floor area of 150 m² and accommodation for up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely 74 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two shower rooms (with showers) and a garden of around 600 m². Wi-Fi is available – we’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 74 m² living room with a sofa, a TV and a dining table
- An open-plan, fully fitted kitchen including: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: Master suite with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a bathroom (with shower)
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190)
- A shower room with toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A private, heated 40 m² infinity pool with an electric roller shutter, open from 1 April to 30 September
- A beautiful, private, enclosed garden of 600 m² with a bamboo gazebo for al fresco dining
- A 30 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
