Rangehood: When cooking please always turn on the rangehood to prevent the smoke activating the internal smoke alarms.
Smoke alarms: If an smoke alarm is triggered, do not open the apartment door, instead open the french doors to the balcony and windows to allow the smoke to dissipate.
Parties: these are absolutely forbidden in the apartment. No drinking or smoking or vaping is allowed.
Noise: Please keep noise to a minimum.
Consideration: Please be considered and respectful to the other tenants in the building.
When leaving please leave the key and access card inside the lockbox where it was found. Turn all lights. DO NOT turn the fridge power switch off.
