Everything was great, nice room, good breakfast, right across the street from the beach,,Surf Side shop has everything you need and more, can walk through the store straight to the beach. Right by the pier so many things you can walk to, Coco’s restaurant and bar right next to hotel. Hotel is the Residence Inn by Marriott. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing vacation. The location couldn’t be better, with the beach and plenty restaurants just steps away. The place was extremely clean, and the breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed it so much that we’re considering returning in July

The problem we had is that we paid in full for our king size room with balcony . We were delayed a day and when we arrived our room was given to another person ! They were able to give us 2 queens no balcony instead . Which we had to wait for it to be cleaned . We asked if we could stay an extra day with them and they said no : when we were leaving we ran into 2 different people who were able to get a room for an extra night. Anyway I was shocked that our room was not available and given a different non king room and disappointed that I had no balcony !! I did not give the hotel a hard time I instead brought the issue to VRBO , since I rented through them . We were good guests excepting I guess that we opened a complaint with VRBO .
