Legal Vacation Rental!! Newly upgrade condo with 3 quite AC! Excellent location! Central to Ala Moana Shopping Center, Waikiki attractions, beaches, restaurants, bars, zoo, CBD; Uber easy commute to Downtown,Chinatown,UH. Secured building: security guard, 24-hr Cameras. Pool, barbecue/rec area & community laundry on same floor. Free Parking is located across the street in Secured garage. Parking can be very expensive in Waikiki, hotels charge $50 per night, but we include & no additional fee.
Here are some house rules and information to avoid incurring any extra fees:
- No shoes are to be worn in the house.
- If guests are sandy, please rains off by beach. This ensures that sand is not tracked into the home.
- Laundry Room and Trash Room are found in the hallway by the elevator area. Please leave recycle items and cardboard inside Trash Room!
- If you are wet please avoid sitting on the furniture.
- You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect.
- Please be considerate of your neighbors! Please be mindful of walking, running, furniture moving, etc., as floor noise travels. Please follow the building operation hours.
- Respect quiet hours from 10pm to 7am.
- No Smoking inside unit and balcony.
- Use the Pool & Pavilion during open hours only. Lobby pool opens between 8am to 9pm. Please read and observe the posted Pool and Pavilion rules, for changes and updates.
- For health and safety reasons, do not feed birds and cats.
- Please treat everyone with Aloha Sprite. We are here to help.

Everything was great! Listing as described and very convenient to everything we needed. Very clean and quiet for a city location. Fantastic communication (and very quick and totally responsive) and very clear instructions on the check-in and check-out process. Very much enjoyed the location right next to the food truck park. Easy walk to the beach, shopping, and other locations. Easy access to convention center. Easy access to freeways going out of town. Free parking was very nice to have and very much appreciated, but with it being off site and usually mostly full, it was a significant time expense to go and get the car in the morning and return it to the parking each night. We generally had to park on the very top of the structure and it took a while to get in and out of the garage and also to walk back and forth to the garage. It was also a problem to get out of the garage because many people did not know how to get out and it created backups with no on-site parking attendant. The listing should be changed slightly because the listing had a single bed and a double bed in the living room and there was only a double pull out couch bed. It was nice having the balcony with the city view to be able to eat outside. The WIFI worked great and was fast. Other tenants in the building were really polite and courteous. Thanks for a great stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Stay was great! Parking was invaluable! Space was clean and loved the balcony. There was a lot of instructions but Anna made it as simple as possible. We would love to stay again!
