This beautiful villa is located just 800 meters from the sea, in the heart of one of Alcudia's most exclusive residential areas, "Cielo de Bonaire."

A perfect holiday home for those seeking a peaceful holiday in an exclusive setting. The villa is located at one of the highest points in this residential area and offers spectacular views of the Bay of Pollença from the cozy second-floor terrace. Alcudia's famous sandy beaches of "Sant Joan" and "Sant Pere" are just a 5-minute drive or, of course, on foot.

The property, set on a 400 m² plot, offers the ideal retreat. With approximately 130 m² of living space, the house offers four bedrooms on two floors (all with double beds) and two bathrooms with shower, one of which is en-suite. One of the four bedrooms and one of the bathrooms is located upstairs – ideal for those seeking even more privacy. This bedroom opens onto a small terrace with a sofa set, from which you can enjoy fantastic views of the sea and the entire bay of Pollença.

From the entrance, you enter the spacious living-dining room, and to the right is the open-plan kitchen, all with a large wall of windows overlooking the pool. To the left of the living room are the other three bedrooms and the second bathroom. The highlight is undoubtedly the private 6 x 4 m pool (depth 0.80 x 1.80 m, step-in access). From the pool area, you reach the covered terrace to the right, which offers a barbecue and a large outdoor dining table. The town of Alcudia, with supermarkets and excellent restaurants, is just a 5-minute drive away.
