Four bedrooms and 2.5 baths over three floors of living space. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Please note there are two flights of stairs to access the three levels. The living room is on the top floor. The lower level has a single-car garage, kitchen, dining area, gas fireplace and half bath. The second floor has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom with a queen bed shares a full bathroom with the third bedroom, which has several bunk beds. The third floor has the living room area with a large couch, smart tv, game table and balcony. There is a fourth bedroom with its own balcony on the third floor as well. There is no bathroom on the third floor. Both of the balconies face east and have great mountain views.

The condo is located directly downtown and is located amongst several great restaurants in beautiful downtown Columbia Falls. It is only 10 minutes from Glacier International Airport, 20 miles to the west entrance of Glacier National Park, and 25 minutes from Whitefish Ski and Summer Resort.
