Clean room, friendly staff, and good English breakfast. It would be nice to have at least paper cups in the bathroom.

The Food was great. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean
It would have been nice to have a fridge and a safe in the room to store my passport and valuables
It would have been nice to have an iron and drawers to put things into. I stayed for 5 nights so all the above would have made the stay a better experience

We booked two rooms and we both had a problem with the keys. Once we get out of the room, the key didn’t work anymore and every time we had to go to the reception even every morning after the breakfast. And the night time the staffs were very busy at the restaurant, so we had to wait like 15 mins to get a staff.
