Modern furnished with a open floor plan, this 57m2 apartment features a large sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table big enough to accommodate four people.
The open-plan kitchen layout includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutlery to fulfil any culinary requirement. There is also ironing equipment available for your laundry needs.
The 2 bedrooms feature a double bed each, complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom contains all the essentials, you’ll need such as shower, toilet, hair dryer and waste basket. Towels and free toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.
For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning to freshen up your stay.
The home is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Process and communication was very easy with the property manager. Location was nice and quiet however a good 10-12mins walk to the downtown core. We had to Uber a few times after getting quite tired (we are 3 pretty fit adults). We notified some areas where damage had occurred prior to our stay and property management was understanding and appreciative. Fortunately these areas had no influence on our ability to stay in the property and we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend the listing indicate that the unit does not come with air conditioning and only uses floor fans. We felt comfortable after we realized the best way to kept cool.

Great location and clean, however, was not able to get ahold of anyone for a second key for the duration of my 4 night stay. As well, there wasn’t any air conditioning so the apartment would get very hot at times.
