The full-sized kitchen is well-equipped for preparing meals, while the spacious living area offers the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach. There is wireless internet access throughout the residence. This condo can accommodate 4 adults over the age of 25. For families, we allow 2 additional children for a maximum capacity of 6 guests. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected. • While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation. • ~ Silicone wristbands will be provided and must be returned at checkout. A fee of $20 per band will be charged for any unreturned wristbands. ~2 shared swimming Pools (includes 1 Heated pool - heated until March) • After making your reservation, you will receive an email a few days before your arrival date from GuestSVCS to register your vehicle. There is a maximum limit of two vehicles per reservation and parking fee is an additional $50.00 per vehicle.
