Great central location but some areas could be improved The apartment is in an excellent location, right in the heart of Civitanova Marche with the main square, restaurants, cafés and shops all within walking distance. The apartment itself is spacious, modern and nicely furnished, with a practical layout. The central location is certainly one of its greatest advantages and makes it a convenient base for exploring the area.

While the apartment has several positive features, there were a few aspects of our stay that could have been better. Cleanliness: The overall standard of cleanliness could be improved. Both the kettle and coffee machine had noticeable limescale buildup, suggesting that some appliances would benefit from more regular maintenance and thorough cleaning. Towels and cleaning charges: Separate fees were charged for towels and cleaning. However, during our five-day stay, the towels were not replaced, and no additional cleaning service was provided. Although we understand that daily housekeeping may not be included in apartment rentals, clearer information about what these charges cover would be appreciated. Given the additional fees, we had expected some level of service during our stay. Kitchen equipment: The kitchen appears reasonably well equipped, with approximately five or six pots and pans. However, only one set was compatible with the induction hob, while the others could not be used. Ensuring that all the cookware is suitable for the installed hob would make the kitchen much more practical for guests wishing to prepare their own meals. Restaurant smells: The most significant inconvenience was the strong cooking smell coming from the pizzeria located directly below the apartment. The smell was particularly noticeable whenever we opened the windows, making it difficult to ventilate the apartment or enjoy fresh air. We informed the property management about this issue. They responded that they had contacted both the property owner and the pizzeria, and that the restaurant would try to reduce the smell entering the apartment by keeping its back door only partially open. We appreciate that they acknowledged our concern and contacted the relevant parties. However, the proposed measure did not seem sufficient to address the problem effectively. Being able to open the windows comfortably is an important part of a pleasant stay, especially over several days.
