The location is fantastic, as it is located in a very lively area, full of restaurants and nightlife and it has excellent access to public transportation, including the airport bus. In spite of all the activity, the studio was quiet. The studio was attractive and roomy. The instructions to check in were very thorough and clear.
While the room was lovely and well appointed, the building was a bit “too atmospheric”.
One small thing that would make the studio perfect is a dresser or a closet to unpack.

The room was large as was the bathroom. It is a modern space in the middle of Budapest history. The location was amazing, with many recommended “tourist” sights within less than a mile.
This is MY fault. They mentioned over and over to read through the check-in instructions before you go. DO IT.

Host responsiveness, location, cleanness, bed comfort, quiet apt
Apt is dark because curtains on window need to be closed all time for privacy but thus apt is quiet since looking into yard and not busy street, smell and condition of building entrance
