So charming and cozy, perfect place to land on arrival! Felt like my own apartment! Staff was lovely and helped me with my bags. Heated floor in bathroom was nice and so dried the floor quickly after shower. Loved the free laundry facilities as well. Water and juice in mino fridge. Fantastic location in the city!
Only downside is no elevator and I was on 5th floor, but the perk was that is where the laundry is!

Great location, super comfortable beds and easy to contact. The amenities were great: own fridge, plates, cups and unlimited drinking water. You could even wash your clothes here.

What a lovely place! We felt at home spending 4 nights here; the design, cleanliness, central location, and spacious room were great. Bonus for the filtered water! Check out and check in was easy with the instructions. Very nice coffee in a cafe downstairs.
The only aspect we thought could be better was the shower (there’s no shower basin so the water is all over the bathroom)

Located close to Arbat. Well lit, good sized, clean, well stacked with dishes, iron, some backroom necessities.
This is really not a hotel but more of a hotel, no 24 hour desk contrary to advertising as having one, self-check needed, if you need to leave your luggage, you can only do it in the hallway with no security.
