The attention to detail: decorative items, a nice smell upon walking in, the arrangement of furniture, the comfortable bed that didn’t make loud noises when you got into it or shifted in the middle of the night.
That we didn’t find this place upon arriving in Calgary (nothing to dislike; the place was marvellous).

Warm, cozy, all amenities, no disturbances—our family really enjoyed it. No parking problems. There are places to go for a walk.

New build. Everything works and it was very clean. Roku is great to have. Basic necessities included. Good quiet sleep. Comfortable bed. Excellent wifi. Easy entry.
It is a basement suite with few windows. Access is steep and narrow. Furnishings could be described as Spartan. One bath towel in each bathroom. One bed with one quilt each in each bedroom. Two pillows each bed. No extra bedding, no extra towels, no bedside tables, no reading lamps, no chairs, one small table in front of the world’s most uncomfortable hide-a-bed couch. Minimalist?
