Location near the public transport, Alexanderplatz, shopping mall and supermarkets was great. Communication with host was fine and quick. Bedrooms are spacious, kitchen is well equipped. Relative quite neighbourhood. Nearby Korean restaurant (AIGO) and Mervan Bistro for kebab can be highly recommended.
Only (smaller) drawbacks are the front street lighting, which made the front street quite dark after sunset. Not feeling really unsafe from this for us, but with the wanderes around and quite some places to hide, this could feel unsafe for some. Not something the host can do something about it of course.
Other thing could be the S-Bahn noise and sirens of emergency services when you have to sleep with the windows open on hotter periods (as airconditioning is not available).

Excellent location close to jannowitzbrücke S/U Bahn. Super clean. Nice kitchen with the basics. Could sleep many people comfortably. There were 2 of us and definitely room for at least 3 more.
The large bed should have the mattress replaced soon. The shower head as well. It's always nice if there is some oil, butter, spices general things in the kitchen.

Las almohadas muy planas
