It was the perfect size for my husband, myself, and the pup. Loved the privacy of the fenced backyard and the neighborhood was wonderful. It was a very easy walk to Main Street and all the attractions in downtown Fredericksburg.
The only issue was the water heater temp could have been set higher. There is beautiful spa like shower but really didn't enjoy it cause of the temp. I am sure if I called the host they would have come out but it was around a Holiday so I just dealt with it.
