Property has three floors, extra sofa bed in open plan top floor living room with cheeky sea view over rooftop, great decor , salty but not too over the top! Ground floor bathroom really good, cosy underfloor heating, practical kitchen, space for our bikes outside - middle floor loo and shower by front door, ideal for a hot shower after a morning swim
Middle floor loo has an automatic pump, a bit alarming first use and a bit noisy if needed during the night

The situation was good. Although there were some buildings in front of the house, there was a good view of the sea from the top floor. The top floor was beautifully decorated and there was an option of sleeping there on a sofa bed in a room adjoining the sitting room, which I did. The bathroom in the basement was stunning with a wonderful bath.
I would like to have had the password for the wi-fi, but was unable to contact anyone to get it as, along with many other people staying in Mousehole, my mobile had no reception. It also meant that I didn't receive instructions about rubbish disposal etc until after I had left.

Great location, lovely property.
Narrow bed (my 72 yo brother fell out), but we knew about that.
