Fantastic position—walk to the market or the Monkey Forest and lots of restaurants. Ari and his staff were absolutely wonderful. Definitely worth having the delicious Balinese breakfast in the villa!

Amazing villa just off the main street. The sauna was a highlight. The host was responsive to our extra requests. The place is big, spacious and a great place to chill out in Ubud.

This villa was absolutely stunning. Really high quality finish to everything and had everything we need and more.
We’d forgotten about the sauna so having that felt like a real luxury. The pool is more somewhere to lounge and cool off than somewhere to swim, but we loved it.
Ari the host was absolutely brilliant - easy to contact, friendly and going above and beyond with little bonus details on arrival and checkout that we weren’t expecting.
At one point during our stay we found we were unable to get any water from either the showers or sinks throughout the villa. I contacted Ari via WhatsApp and by the time we returned to the villa early afternoon the issue had been sorted.
We extended our stay at short notice after our next spot fell through - this was all arranged via WhatsApp and felt like an easy and smooth process which took the stress out of it and allowed us to continue enjoying our time.
Plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance. Right around the corner from the Monkey Sanctuary. Easy to Grab anywhere from this location (the villa doesn’t come up on Grab but there’s a convenience store at the end of the lane about a 3 minute walk away and we got picked up and dropped off there without any difficulty throughout our stay).
The villa is accessed via steps and there is a short incline to walk up to reach street level. Getting to the top floor with a heavy suitcase was also a bit of an effort. Manageable for us but possibly not suitable for anyone who struggles with mobility.
There was a shared gym available which was fine but only had basic equipment - don’t expect a full set up.

Very clean and modern
The stairs became a bit of a pain but this is obvious upon booking it is a three storey property.
