Cozy, everything you need in the kitchen, extra towels, well equipped for everything you need. Great you can take the dog, pool fab, easy access for getting out. Near Welshpool and oswestry, takeaway delivered so great for first night. Convenience store at end of road for basics. Lots of information in property leaflets available lots places to visit. Market on in oswestry on wed/sat. Definitely visit again. Something for everyone one including games books and Internet. Hidden pool table which was fab. Parking great. Was tempted to take cooking apples from orchard but I was good haha. 2 bathrooms that was fantastic bonus for me with male environment.

There was a dairy next door that didn't see mentioned which could get a bit noisy but it didn't stop us from having fun, the only thing as well as we didn't get to meet the hosts would of been nice to meet them.

Great location for our hike. Very clean bathroom facilities such as the sink, toilet and shower. Comfy bed and clean sheets It was only two of us but if you are a group of four it's a great find with the two bathrooms and bedrooms. Good price

Whilst a lot of areas were super clean it could do with a bit of attention in some others. For example there were cellar spiders in the bedrooms and bathrooms (which is ok if you don't mind them but I am a bit scared) and again while some of the kitchen facilities were really immaculate others needed a clean before using them.

Wonderful pool, super comfy bed, lovely hosts, great value! We will return!

Accommodation was comfortable. Good mattress

Pillows had no substance. Milk collection hub immediately behind the property working 24/7. Sounds like tractors harvesting crops, but it is milk trucks depositing their collections. Very noisy all through the night. It spoiled our stay which was a real shame because the accommodation is really nice
