The self-check-in made the stay hassle-free. There is a PIN pad at the main building entrance and another at the apartment, making the stay very secure. I was comfortable leaving my important belongings when I went out to sightsee. The lighting was also adequate, even though the place was in a basement. The host provided enough bathroom amenities for the entire stay. Ryan was very hospitable and responsive in the in-app messages, so finding and entering the location was very easy.
The location is very convenient. It's close to many restaurants like Tahini's and Bangla Cafe and also close to TTC 504 and 121D stops, so you don't have to rely on rideshares all the time.
I'm from the US, and I was unaware that apartment bathroom locks are not common in Canada, which was a surprise to us. But we didn't face any problems.
