Everything was as good as last time!
There’s no air conditioning, and only one window can be opened in the studio. It was fine most of the time during the summer, except during the heatwave.

Nell’appartamento e comodo il complesso residenziale
Un po difficile all’inizio ritirare le chiavi, ma il proprietario è stato molto gentile

Basically, it has everything you need for your stay, including kitchen utensils and bathroom supplies. The washing and drying machines are free to use in the apartment. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient, about a 10–15 minute walk from the metro station. You can take the metro or the bus to Lausanne city center and Renens.
The heating in the building didn’t work very well on the first night (it was better the next day), but the host brought us a heater a few days later, which made the studio much more comfortable☀️
Sometimes the front door is difficult to close. The mailbox is indoors, so the postman couldn’t enter to deliver the parcel. I’m not sure whether this has been resolved now.

The facility was new and clean, with well-designed rooms that were very comfortable. A supermarket is located in the area, parking is underground, and a subway station is conveniently close. The manager was extremely friendly and provided prompt, courteous service. I highly recommend this facility.
