TStays Smart Hotel

I felt comfortable. I was happy that there were so many food places walking distance from the hotel.

When I walked into the room I felt like that cleaning wasn’t done properly due to the lime scale in toilet and sink.

Overall cleaniness of the room and the hallway. Building felt peaceful. It was worth the price.

Bathroom area was a little cramp for space for ot was clean and plrasing to the eyes.

The place was so clean, modern (Netflix, Youtube on the TV, 2 water bottle refilled everyday). It was smelling amazing even in the hallway. It was such a cozy place, I honestly missed being there. The location was everything and absolutely not noisy even though we are in a busy street of Port of Spain. It was easy to park around and there's a gas station which was very practical for me because I rented a car. I am an early riser and warm coffee was ready every morning way before 6am. There's a breakfast restaurant downstair (everything is halal) and a lot of little shops. If I was to come back, I would definitely book here.

It was clean and they offered tea coffee and snacks which was nice. It was modern too.

It is a non-functioning “smart” hotel. The security guard told us where to park and that we wouldn’t be blocked by anyone only to discover at 6 AM when we wanted to go visiting that our car was blocked and nobody to contact. Luckily someone came after probably hearing us knocking on every door looking for the security guard. Then when we came back to check out at 11:37 (checkout was at 12) - none of the codes was working to open either the front or room doors. Other guests arrived and we were lucky to get in but still couldn’t get into the room. I found a bunch of keys in a door and managed to open our room to get the luggage. However, this is a huge security issue on one hand and very poor “smart” system management too. Basically if you find a bunch of keys you can just eneter every room and take what you need, right?! Someone did reply on WhatsApp later but if we waited until then we would have missed our flight. So unfortunately it was a bad experience.
