Excellent view and position on the park
Needs updating in areas, blinds were dirty full of dust. Some you could not lift to stay open as the cords were broke. Main bed so uncomfy and curtains and blind not dark enough let so much light in. Sofa and throws/cushions smelt and simply needed a clean or wash

Caravan Teal was beautifully presented and well equipped. The sofa was very comfortable, and there were dozens of channels to enjoy on a fantastic big TV. As it rained a lot during our week's stay and it was quite cold, we really appreciated the heating which kept the caravan warm and cosy throughout. We loved Redcar, in particular the massive sandy beach, the friendly people and the stunning skies above the sea. Customer service at Redcar Beach Holidays was outstanding.
The handrail by the steps leading up to the door is broken. The light in the passage between the living room and the bedroom/bathroom area didn't work, and we had to use a torch to get to the bathroom at night.
