The location was absolutely perfect—right in the city center with everything within walking distance, including the metro, restaurants, and shops. Considering how centrally located it is in a major city, the apartment was surprisingly peaceful and quiet. It was well-equipped with the basic kitchen essentials and a coffee maker needed for simple cooking, and having both reliable Wi-Fi and a TV to relax with in the evening was a great plus. In addition, check-in was smooth and communication with the host was very easy.

It was a bit tricky to find the apartment upon arrival, as there was no visible house number, and the guide pictures provided weren't loading or clear enough to follow. A clearer entrance photo or updated directions would be very helpful for future guests. Inside, the apartment was generally fine, though the floors could have used a bit more thorough cleaning. Additionally, having a dish towel in the kitchen to dry dishes after washing up would have been a great little addition.

We liked the location and the easy access to all the tourist attractions. The apartment is lovely, fully equipped (except few minor details, which are not deal braker at all). The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, and the apartment itself was very pleasant for a couple with the goal to explore Warsaw.

We would appreciate some towel hooks in the bathroom and the kitchen towel for the dishes. In the presence of the neighbours in the studio next door, use of the common area is pretty loud and in some occasions walls feel quite thin, that could be unpleasant for the light sleepers. The online chat function was not very helpful for us - received no response asking for the information about medical facilities.
