The unit is very nice and well maintained. First place we have stayed with large screen TVs in each room. That was a nice touch. When we reached out to the host she responded quickly and was helpful. The only downside was the tenant on the floor above. That person has no regard for people staying below. They walk around more like stomp around at all times making all kinds of noise. They came in late and stomped loudly up the shared staircase. I would recommend that carpet or some noise insulation be added to their unit to reduce the noise. That will help make this unit a 5 star rating.

We stayed for my daughter's graduation and had a wonderful stay. Communication was excellent and the property manager was extremely helpful. If i visot again I will definitely stay here . Tha k you for a wo derdul stay

This is an adequate place to stay! It has a TV with Roku, which I appreciate it. Coffee and water bottles were provided, which is nice. It’s comfortable, but it lacked any kind of welcoming or feel or decoration. Feels like a science laboratory. Don’t let that stop you if you wanna stay and just have a place to sleep. Kitchen needed some more variety of equipment like pots or pans if anyone expects to cook there.

New, clean and well located for our needs. Lacked many items that I expect from a rental - glassware, lamps and chairs in the bedrooms, working dishwasher.
