Home Away from Home - Sand Dollar 103 is a SILVER rated three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 1st-floor (Not Ground Level) vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation rental 103 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen cable TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom, 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom and a king in the 3rd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer double sink vanities and there is a walk-in shower in the main bathroom and a tub shower combo in the other bathroom. 103 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.

The Sand Dollar Resort amenities include On-Site Front Desk for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Jacuzzi, Private fishing pier, Volleyball area, Charcoal grills, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels and beach chairs.

This vacation rental comes with local gym access at no charge.

Maximum occupancy: 8 persons (including infants). It is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry, No pets. Limit two parking passes at check-in. No trailers, RVs or boats.

Important Notice: The Sand Dollar condominium building will be undergoing a roof replacement project from approximately November 30 through January 8. Guests may experience daytime construction noise during this time.
