Conveniently located just minutes from Appleton with easy access to Highways 441 and 41, you’ll have a great home base for exploring the Fox Cities, Green Bay, Oshkosh, and beyond. Grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and everyday conveniences are all nearby. The YMCA is just 2 blocks away and Tanner’s is only 1 block away. The property backs up to Freedom Fellowship Church.

We visit Kimberly every year to see family in my hometown, and finding a place that doesn’t feel like you’re intruding on someone else’s home has always been a challenge — until this stay. This property was different from the start.You can tell the management runs this professionally. Check-in was seamless, communication was clear and responsive, and the property itself was exceptionally clean. It’s well stocked with everything you need: plenty of nice towels, a washer and dryer, and a great furnished basement with board games and shuffle board our whole family enjoyed! The backyard and patio were perfect for enjoying a summer evening.The location is unbeatable too — close to the CE trail, minutes from restaurants, and easy freeway access.Highly recommend this property. We’ll definitely be booking here again on our next visit home!
