Spend a relaxing holiday in this beautiful holiday apartment with shared pool and close to the sea.

This modern and cosy apartment is the ideal retreat for your holiday. Warm wood, a comfortable sofa area and a modern kitchen create an atmosphere that will make you feel at home right from the start. Browse through your holiday reading, cook together or spend a film evening on the sofa and unwind.

Open the patio door in the morning and let a gentle sea breeze blow in. Sit down with your coffee on the terrace, which you share with other guests. Or jump straight into the communal pool and then relax on the sun loungers with a cool drink.

The holiday apartment is just a few hundred metres from the sea, so you can stroll to the beach and enjoy the crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic at any time. Thanks to its proximity to the centre, you can reach the charming old town of Novigrad with its lively alleyways, cosy cafés and excellent restaurants in no time at all. Stroll along the waterfront promenade, visit the harbour or discover cultural highlights such as the historic city walls or the Lapidarium Museum. Whether it's bathing fun, culinary delights or a Mediterranean lifestyle, everything is close at hand here.
