Great location near downtown Sandusky and Cedar Point. Great shower, living space, kitchen, cold A/C, and easy parking. Easy check in and check out. The only reason for not a perfect 5 stars is noise. The room does include a sound machine which helps, but this is a bottom floor unit and everyone that stayed upstairs above us was either up late or early. And, even if they were not intentionally loud, we heard every footstep which is notable if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise, it is just about perfect.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The location was awesome, bed comfortable, towels absorbent, coffee and snacks were a treat. Bring ear plugs just in case the people staying above move around a lot (we stayed on the first floor, no big deal-the noise level would in no way stop us from staying in the location again).
The owner communication was great.
