Modern Mountain Escape in the Heart of Mountain Village...
Tucked at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this upscale and modern four-bedroom retreat offers privacy, comfort, and mountain views—all just minutes from ski access, the Village Core, and the free gondola to downtown Telluride. This beautiful home even allows your dog to join in the fun! (pet fee applies)

Thoughtfully designed with clean lines and natural textures, the home blends contemporary style with alpine warmth. The main living space features wide plank heated floors in the winter months, Air-conditioning in the summer and high ceilings with steel accents, and expansive windows that frame views of the San Sophia Ridge. A cozy fireplace and plush seating create the perfect spot to relax after a day on the mountain.

The open kitchen is well-appointed with high-end appliances, a waterfall-edge island, and a seamless connection to the dining area and sunny outdoor patio—complete with a grill and alfresco dining space.

Each of the four bedrooms is designed for privacy and rest. Three king suites feature ensuite bathrooms, while the fourth bedroom is ideal for families, with two built-in bunks (queen below, twin above). A bonus media room with a deep sectional and large-screen TV offers space to unwind or entertain.

After a day of skiing or hiking, step into the private hot tub and enjoy the quiet setting and crisp alpine air. A spacious mudroom with built-in ski storage and a powder room adds everyday ease.

Peaceful yet connected, this home is perfectly situated to enjoy everything Mountain Village and Telluride have to offer—just far enough away to feel like a true escape, but close enough to never miss a moment.
