If you are looking for a holiday in a place atypical by the beauty of its architecture (villa "belle époque" from 1904, completely renovated in 2024) then: Welcome to Villa Roquerousse where we would be happy to help you spend a relaxing stay rich in discoveries (We also stay on site guaranteeing availability and personalized welcome)
For a holiday apartment, you will be very comfortable in an interior space of 60 m2.
- Large living room / living room (very comfortable quick-opening sofa bed - TV), with 2 large windows with sea view (the apartment is on a raised first floor),
- Independent kitchen, fully equipped: washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, induction hob, hood, coffee machine (Nespresso type capsule), electric kettle, fridge and freezer (2 large drawers), toaster, all the cookware and crockery you may need
- Large bedroom with 2 single beds
- Bathroom with Italian shower, equipped with a towel radiator
- Separate toilet.
The apartment is south-facing, very well insulated from noise (double glazing), as well as from heat thanks to its thick walls and its touch of modernization with air conditioning.
You also benefit from a very high speed internet connection (fiber optical)
Without using the car, you are in front of the beach, close to the city center and its shops, markets (between 5 and 15 minutes), activities of the old port (5 minutes), the new port (15 minutes) and all the restaurants. Also 5 minutes away, the Ferris wheel, the Bonaparte Park and the Epi Diana promise you magnificent views.
From the villa, beautiful walks along the sea await you, to the west to Port Fréjus, and to the east to the edge of the Esterel massif; The walk can then continue to discover all the coves along the customs path between the blue of the sea, the green of the vegetation and the typical red of the Esterel rocks. With a short drive, you have access to the center of the Massif de l'Esterel and the Maures where a large number of hikes (or mountain biking) are possible to discover even more magnificent landscapes
