Pleasant and functional house, ideal for a family stay in Grau du Roi. On one level (excluding the mezzanine), it has 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is on the mezzanine, two bathrooms, two gardens, a mini swimming pool and all the comfort of a house inhabited all year round.
The house is close to the beach about 10 minutes walk, cycle path at the exit of the housing development and close to the city center. A small shopping center is nearby (supermarket, bread, butcher, florist), a pharmacy around the corner and the funfair, train station, Seaquarium... not far away.PGJyPg
Welcome to our family home, where we live all year round... and where we like to welcome those who come to enjoy the sun, the sea and the calm. Here, everything has been thought out so that you feel at home quickly, without worrying about it.
Living room – dining room: bright thanks to two large French windows and a glass entrance door. It gives access to the two gardens. The space is furnished with a sofa, armchairs, a dining table and a decoration that is both sober and warm: a simple, functional space, where you can live together easily.
A practical, well-equipped kitchen
Independent, with everything you need to cook without stress: gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, dishes... All in a bright and well-laid out setting.
On the night side, 2 bedrooms + 1 mezzanine bedroom
* A master bedroom with double bed (140*190), storage, and direct access to the garden.
* A children's bedroom, with bunk bed (2 x 90*190) and desk.
* A mezzanine bedroom (height 1.80 to 1.30 m) with double bed (140*200), quiet corner under the roof, and its private bathroom with toilet right next door.
Two bathrooms, two toilets for more comfort
* The first bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink.
* The second bathroom adjoining the mezzanine, with shower, sink and toilet.
Perfect for making mornings easier with others.
