Great location on the river.
Pool clean , staff friendly and helpful

There was a private event that I had not been informed about . It was quite noisy and took up pool

I'm rating it a 10 because the facilities were clean and wonderful. No insects in the rooms and we had fab service.
The laundry service is insane- they charge per item so we ended up washing the clothes ourselves. But we sent socks for them to wash which ended up being around £10-15 for about 8-9 pairs. That's why we washed ourselves. If it was per bag or kilo it'd be better

The room and view was absolutely perfect

Location good and Dinner setting beautiful around bonfire
Reception staff were pathetic and very slow and confused with billing procedures. Waisted more than an hour of our time and other guests
Check was terribly delayed.
