This is definitely a rustic cabin but a very nice one, well run/maintained with great location. All appliances I used including Keurig coffee maker, frig, oven/stove were in good order. Dishwasher and washer/dryer I did not actually use but looked serviceable, etc. Pots, pans, dishes, knives, flat ware, etc serviceable and consistant with "rustic cabin". The detached deck came within 10' of Florida river which while I was there was running strong (this is a variable depending on water flow controlled by Lemon reservoir). If you are expecting a JW Marriott, you'll be disappointed but for a rustic cabin it's great! Located convenient to Durango, it is surrounded by larger cabins and houses....all on One +/- acre parcels. Kind of expensive but this is a tourist town! "Main cabin" has living room, kitchen, bath with shower and bedroom with king bed. Secondary/detached cabin has bath and two twin beds. TV...I did not use but appeared adequate. All in all, nice enough for a rustic cabin...I'd stay again!

This little cabin has great features for your vacation. It was just the two of us, but it can sleep a lot more. The owners of this cabin have thought of everything needed for a great vacation. The cabin was spotlessly clean, had all the things we needed, and was wonderfully decorated. There is no wi-fi at the cabin but there were movies provided (DVDs) for viewing. The communication was excellent with the owner-very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Miner's cabin and would go back in a heartbeat. It is close to Vallecito Lake and a beautiful drive to Durango. We highly recommend it!

Cabin was very neat and clean. Really enjoyed the stay and the communication with the owner was great. No issues at all. We would stay there again :)

Great place great prices neighbors are nice he took the time to help re programs my truck. We will be back when we are back in Colorado.
