The bright, open-plan living area has been thoughtfully designed to help you feel at home. Unwind on the comfortable sofa, enjoy your favourite shows on the flat-screen TV, or share a delicious meal at the dining table after a day of exploring.
The fully equipped kitchenette features a stovetop, oven, microwave, compact refrigerator, and all the essential cookware, utensils, and cutlery you'll need to prepare meals with ease.
The peaceful bedroom is furnished with a plush queen-size bed dressed in premium hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Step out onto the private balcony to savour your morning coffee or relax in the evening with a glass of wine while admiring the beautiful river views.
The modern bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, and all the essentials to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
For your peace of mind, the apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay.
Please note: The apartment is located on the third floor, and there is no elevator in the building.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
Nestled between the vibrant Bairro Alto and elegant Príncipe Real, this property offers an ideal base for exploring Lisbon. Just a short walk from Rossio Station, Restauradores metro, and the iconic Glória Funicular, it’s also steps from the stunning Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara.
The area is well-served with local grocers, bakeries, and larger supermarkets—all within a 7-minute walk.
Within two blocks, you’ll find Bairro Alto’s lively bars, while a five-minute stroll up Rua Dom Pedro V brings you to Príncipe Real’s charming cafés, gelaterias, and its popular Saturday organic market.
For green escapes, Jardim do Príncipe Real is just 450 m away, and Chiado’s theatres and the riverside are easily reached by tram. Historic landmarks like Palácio Paiva de Andrade and the Convento de São Pedro de Alcântara lend the neighbourhood a distinct old-Lisbon charm.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.

Great location Excellent host Clean space Lacked a cozy chair or couch… and patio chairs /table to enjoy the small outdoor space Great view of the water and bridge Sheets and comforter cover were polyester and too warm !Soft Cotton sheets would have made sleeping far more comfortable .

The bedroom balcony view is easily one of the best you can get in Lisbon. We also really liked the size of the room and the overall amenities.The location is great, on a quiet street but just a short walk (1–2 minutes) from the busier Bairro Alto/Príncipe Real area, so you’re close to everything without the noise. There’s also a small minimart nearby, and overall it’s a very convenient base for getting around.The only downside was the communication with the host company (GuestReady). The process felt more complicated than necessary, with digital forms to sign on their platform and repeated messages across multiple channels. It works, but it comes across a bit impersonal and could definitely be more streamlined.
