Welcome to Chillin’ on the River in Broken Bow, OK! This just completed cabin has the perfect set up for two or three families that would like to vacation together while maintaining privacy. This is achieved by having the main two bedroom cabin as well as a full one bedroom apartment above the game room that doubles as a bunkroom for over 4,000 sq ft of living space. This cabin can host up to 14 guests for family trips, girls trips, or guys fishing trips. It's the perfect cabin for enjoying time away with your friends and family with the outdoor areas, game room, 7 smart TVs to log into your own streaming services, and attention paid to details. Book with us for a great getaway!
Please note this cabin is down a gravel road and there are no kayaks provided on site.

The Main Cabin:
- two master bedrooms with ensuite baths; one king and one queen
-chef's kitchen with state of the art Thermador appliances
-dog wash station in the full size laundry room
-porches surrounding the cabin with tons of comfy seating
-wood burning fireplace in the open concept living area
-dog friendly (with additional pet fee)
Apartment Above Game Room
-full kitchen
-full size washer and dryer
-pull out sleeper sofa in the living area
-actual queen bedroom; not studio style
-full bath with shower
Game Room with Bunks (located in the converted garage)
-pool table
-foosball
-ping pong
-its own half bath
-two sets of twin over queen bunks
Outdoor Areas
-seating and gas fireplace off the master bedroom with a TV
-several areas with outdoor furniture to take in the view
-outdoor dining table
-charcoal grill
-fire pit with firewood provided
-floating dock for river access
*please note that there are no handrails or fencing separating the cabin from the river. You will be responsible for your children and pets.
Chillin’ on the River was built with comfort and entertaining in mind! This cabin is located directly on the lower Mountain Fork River off Craig Road in Broken Bow, OK, behind a locked gate. There are neighboring cabins on each side that are not rentals, but rather private, owner-occupied properties.
Please click through the pictures to get the full affect for everything this cabin has to offer like the large kitchen, super nice ensuite bathrooms for each bedroom, full wall of windows for the spectacular views, game room, and the indoor and outdoor fireplaces. This cabin was built for living, not just a vacation rental!
RULES: Please read the rental agreement carefully. It basically states the pet fee will be deducted from your security deposit if you don’t include pets in the initial reservation. The security deposit is a hold placed on the credit card on file, not an actual charge. It will be released after your check out when no damage is caused to the property. The security deposit is $400.

To start off the house was amazing and we had a great time. Would definitely rent again. Pros: Your literally steps from the river and it’s beautiful. The river is clean crystal clear in most places. You can fish, swim, kayak, float. The property has something for everyone at every age. The house is very well stocked with pretty much everything you will need. Cons: Really only thing is the drive in to house. It’s only 30min drive to town but 20min of that is getting out of property where house is located and road is rough. If someone else is driving in you have to hope your in a spot where someone can move over because only one vehicle fits on road if not someone is gonna have to reverse until you reach a spot you can move over. Road has a lot of drop offs so slow careful driving is a must. Other than that only thing I could mention is bugs/wildlife. Obviously as secluded as this property is that should be a given but there are creepy crawlers everywhere and one night we made mistake of leaving plastic bag with trash outside and raccoons got ahold of tore it up and left trash everywhere but that was are fault. All that being said still would not stop me from staying again.

This house was perfect for our family of four. A peaceful getaway far from any traffic. My boys fished off the floating dock while I relaxed on the covered porch. Fully stocked kitchen was great and we enjoyed the game room spending time together as a family. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had plenty of towels. Views of the river were great. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house was very roomy-lots of space and a huge closet in the master bath. We would definitely come back.

We enjoyed our stay at the property.It was scenic with river in the back.Property hard all the amenities needed and game room was fantastic.The communication with host was very prompt and efficient.

The property was perfect for a family vacation. The area is remote, away from BB traffic. As a past cabin owner who loves the area but tired of the traffic of Hotchatown, this is a perfect location.
