We planned a last minute trip to San Pancho and were lucky enough to find this property available. It was spacious, clean, private and away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets but close enough to walk to town and the beach. Vicky and Bob were responsive to our questions. The highlight of our trip was when Bob told us there would be a turtle release on the beach close to the house. Such a special experience! We would definitely choose to stay here again.

The unit was very nice. Plenty of room. Just a few blocks to restaurants and beach.
Communication with the hosts was great! They promptly answered questions and even let us know about local events like a baby sea turtle release!

We had a great stay in San Pancho and we can’t wait to come back! The property was very clean and located close to everything. The owners were very easy to communicate with and very responsive to any questions we had. They also shared with us the events that were happening in town during our stay. Everything was wonderful! Thank you!
