Duplex 4-rooms apartment approximatly 80m², in very good conditions, sleeping for 8, north/west facing with balcony, valley and Mont Blanc view, on the 4th floor by balcony side and ground floor by entrance side.
Kitchen : 4 vitroceramic hot plates, fridge, dishwasher, oven, electric hood, toaster, kettle, SENSEO coffee maker and electric cofee maker.
Living room : tuckle bed and flat screen TV.
Bedroom 1 : double bed, flat screen TV with en-suite bathroom with toilets.
Bedroom 2 : set of bunk beds.
Bedroom 3 : 2 simple beds and balcony access.
Bathroom with bath and washing machine and toilets separately.
PETS NOT ALLOWED.
The booking price include the final cleaning EXCLUDING KITCHEN AREA. We ask you to leave the premises in good condition, empty the dishwasher, put out your rubbish and fold bedding.
