Newly renovated 2024 and still sparkling with fresh touches, Blue Mountain Condos 22 is a spotless two-bedroom condo with magical views of the Gulf of Mexico from your multi-level private patios. With space for six and over 1700 square feet of pristine living space, Blue Mountain Condos 22 is the ideal spot for your next family getaway to the coast.
There’s plenty of parking out front, and the main door leads into the stylish living area, where a plush sectional sofa sits on brand-new luxury vinyl plank floors and faces the large HDTV. Don’t be surprised if you find your gaze pulled outside through the sliding glass doors and out to the turquoise Gulf below — it’s an eye-catching view that’s impossible to ignore. You can relax out here in the shade with your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail and watch for dolphins in the surf, or head downstairs and sink your toes directly into the sandy beach.
The open kitchen features crisp white shaker cabinets that surround the stainless steel appliance suite. The gorgeous granite countertops create a casual space for dining at the counter, and there’s also a farmhouse-style dining table nearby with seating for six.
Upstairs, the primary bedroom suite faces the beautiful beach and has its very own private terrace overlooking the sand and waves. Excellent views of the Gulf, short walk to the private beach, not too many stairs down to the beach. Truly Beachfront. Nice quiet neighborhood & beach wasn’t overcrowded. 2 beach chairs supplied, which was nice. Plenty of room in the condo & great Gulf view from the Master Bed & Living Room. Kitchen is updated. Great water pressure for showers as well as hot water. Appears to be family friendly as well. Check in went well, a couple last minute updates on information but the agency was very responsive.The 2nd room was listed as 2 queen beds, but they appeared to be full beds. Sadly there was an issue with the outlets by both vanities in the upstairs bathroom luckily the 1/2 bath on the first floor worked but was a little cumbersome for us to work between 2 floors to get ready if we needed an outlet. Master bathroom toilet paper holder was not attached very well, hard to keep the roll on. No spices, just salt. No plastic bags or tin foil or Saran Wrap for the kitchen. No dish soap for handwashing dishes & for stay 10 days, would have been nice to have more than 2 dishwasher tablets. No board games or deck of cards or paper & pen or any info on what is close by. These were minor things that we are used to in our previous VRBO experiences. The furniture on the balconies was average, a nicer table would be a good improvement.All in all, it is a nice place and we would stay there again, now that we know what to expect. Will definitely be coming back to the area!!!

We loved this rental! It was our home away from home and we wish we didnt have to leave! Everything about this rental was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. And the location was stunning. I will definitely be booking this again in the future!
