It was so cute! Very easy to get to by public transit from the airport. The 4 flights of stairs weren’t actually that bad. The apartment feels very spacious when the couch is folded up. The windows let in a light breeze and the fan was helpful for the warm parts of the day. The bed was comfy and I slept so well. It was lovely to listen to the very light hum of the cafe patrons below.
I’m short and the motion sensor bathroom light kept turning off on me and I’d have to wave my arms to activate it again. The shower floor fills very quickly if the shower is on full, and the apartment comes with a warning not to splash water on the bathroom floor because it’s not sealed and the downstairs neighbors will come complain. So out of caution, I felt I had to use lower water pressure, which was a bit awkward but not really a big deal at all.

It was the perfect size for me as a solo traveller. I also enjoyed that I could check in at any time (my trains had been delayed coming into Paris and figuring out the transport was also not easy, basically after having a nightmare day, I was glad to be able to “check-in” at 9pm without worrying)
I kept bumping my foot on the bed corners when I wanted to go to the bathrooms

The apartment is in a great location, (10 out of 10), very central and with many restaurants at the doorstep. I think it can be great for a short stay. It's small but very cozy and has the Parisian charm. It has the basics, and a pretty comfortable pullout couch. Plus for the price, it's a great value.
Unfortunately I was visiting Paris when the temperatures were 36-40C. The apartment has no AC and only a small fan in the room, and being on the rooftop, it made it unbearable to stay inside the apartment. Having the window opened and the fan on was of no help at all. In addition, with the window opened the noise from the down stairs restaurants, and the street, just added to the discomfort making sleep impossible.
I think during colder months, the apartment could have been wonderful and I would stay again during any other months but summer.
