The property is beautiful, spacious and has amazing views. The place is exactly as pictured. Hosts are very responsive. Beds are comfortable and the linens are of good quality. Well stocked kitchen with lots of dishes, spices and oil. Easy parking. Great for a large family. Laundry room is fantastic - washer/dryer and all detergent provided. I would recommend this villa, but be mindful during the summer months as only one room has an AC.

No AC in the house with the exception of 1 room (the master bedroom). The other rooms have fans and make the rooms bearable, but the living room/kitchen on the top floor does not have a built-in fan or AC and gets very hot. They do provide a small portable fan, but not ideal for such a large space during the summer heat (The days we rented, the outside temp was in the high 90F and you could feel this in the house). The hosts are very pleasant and accommodating, but I would keep this in mind if the temps are high. The 2nd bathroom leads to the outdoor pool, but does not have shades, which means no privacy while taking a shower/bath.

Great location, amazing view of Lake Como, very quiet and peaceful at evenings. Great setup in terms of living area, bedrooms bathrooms, kitchen appliances etc.

Everything was perfect.

Świetnie wyposażony dom, czysto przytulnie, komfortowo. Oszałamiający widok na góry i Como. W lesie historyczna ścieżka i mały wodospad- magiczne miejsce.

Çok güzel dekore edilmiş bir villa. Konforlu ve temiz eşyalara sahip. Kullanımımız için bırakılmış mutfak malzemeleri( baharat, sos, zeytin yağı, çay…), ihtiyaç duyabileceğimiz her şey incelikle düşünülmüş ve hazırlanmış . Temizlik çok iyi . Ve bizi bizden alan mükemmel manzara.
