great location just steps to a gorgeous beach. large, beautiful home. Temperatures outside were around 100 degrees every day, so we needed to keep all window shutters closed pretty much always to limit the sun heating the inside. There are AC wall units in each bedroom and the 2 living areas, nothing in bathrooms or kitchen. House was clean, and host was available to answer questions. We liked Alcudia as a location for daily beach access and then driving to other attractions around the island.

We were confused by the instructions saying that if we ran all AC units, it could blow the electricity for the house. AC was vital to make it through the heat, and we did not have trouble running all of the bedroom units through the night, while turning them off while we were out (1 was not working the first day, but they had a tech repair it on day 2). For our last 2 days, we had a dozen large wasps flying around the house - not sure how they got in since we kept all windows and doors closed. Parking is tight on the street with 2 spots in the private driveway, but the narrow driveway is flanked by concrete walls, making it hard to open the car doors enough to get out or in.

The villa was fantastic—clean, spacious, and very well equipped. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops while still being quiet and relaxing. Stephan was an excellent host, always quick to respond and happy to help with anything we needed. He made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We would definitely stay here again.

Nothing worth mentioning. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.
