First of all, we would like to mention the excellent communication with our host, Aizhan. She replied almost immediately, and all our questions and requests were handled very quickly and efficiently. We also really appreciated the self check-in, which made it possible to arrive at any time. Aizhan sent us very detailed and clear instructions, so even though we arrived in a new city late at night, we had absolutely no problems finding the apartment and checking in. The location is very convenient. The apartment is in a new residential complex with a nice, well-maintained gated area. There are plenty of cafés nearby, as well as a shopping mall, and the location is also very convenient for walking around and exploring Almaty. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable and very well equipped. It has everything you may need for your stay. The bathroom is especially nice, with a great shower and excellent water pressure. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and had no complaints at all. We would definitely recommend this apartment!

The apartment is located really in the center of the city, and highly accessible. My stay was very cozy, and the apartment is very well-equipped. It is a perfect option for a solo traveller or a couple staying in Almaty for several days. The host was always available and responded quickly on WhatsApp.

A very clean, comfortable, and quiet place, located near Arbat Street and all amenities. The hostess, Aizhan, was very respectful and helpful. I highly recommend this place. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude for the hospitality during my stay in Kazakhstan 🇰🇿. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and experienced the warmth and hospitality of this country and its wonderful people. I will definitely return with my family someday. Your friend from the Sultanate of Oman 🇴🇲, and we look forward to your visit in the future.
