It was an extraordinary stay, the hotel is really nice, the staff are more than amazing: very friendly, very attentive and overall really professional. Everything in the hotel is really near, the beach is right outside - all the rooms are beach view so that's a great plus. The beach is super clean and we loved the sea there. The restaurant is super good, we loved the breakfast there: awesome variety, very fresh and well made food. We even extended another day because we really didn't want to leave :)

Professional great hospitality from arrival until departure. Everybody was amazing.

But I came the end of the season

It’s very clean and elegant but I really wouldn’t have stayed there if it weren’t for “Ahmed” the receptionist!

Since I booked there via booking.com and talked with the reservation team and I got so pissed off I couldn’t even believe what they were saying! When I asked to cancel my booking due to family emergency my kids are sick they have done everything capable off to just piss me off and not cancel the booking!! Even when I was there and asked for a late checkout their response was so arrogant saying that they can’t give me late checkout because my room is booked for the next day! When I asked are you fully booked they just simply replied “No” so why the hell can’t you give me late checkout! The next morning I went to the reception and asked for late checkout they simply told of course there is no problem! Then why piss me off the night before!! They have zero Hospitality experience! I hated dealing with them if it weren’t for Ahmed the receptionist I swear I would give this property ZERO rating and never recommend it to anyone!
