Wij kwamen aan en kregen onze villa. Echter kwam ik er al snel achter dat dit niet overeen kwam met de villa die wij hadden geboekt. De tuin was kleiner en er waren maar 2 ligbedden i.p.v. 3. Toen ik dit aangaf bij de receptie kreeg ik de manager aan de telefoon. Hij beweerde dat mijn verklaring niet klopte en wij degelijk de goede villa hadden gekregen. Echter liet ik meermalen de foto’s zien en gaf aan dat het niet klopte. Er werd verteld dat ze gingen kijken naar een refund omdat alles verder vol zat en daarna kreeg ik het bericht dat ze toch gingen proberen om de juiste villa beschikbaar te stellen. Dit werd vervolgens in orde gemaakt en uiteindelijk kregen wij de juiste kamer en hebben we kunnen genieten van het verblijf.

Er was 1 vrouwelijk personeelslid en zij was erg onbeschoft in haar communicatie tijdens de verplaatsing. Zij was duidelijk niet blij met onze klacht. Let goed op bij het boeken dat je de juiste villa krijgt want ze hebben meerdere woningen waarbij de tuin dus niet is zoals de beschrijving en klanten daar laten verblijven i.p.v. de villa zoals beschreven.

Loved the property its was brand new and very nice. One thing I would add and this is important with Bali stays as its hit and miss from villa to villa is the water pressure, this place was like being at home for water and pressure !

The location was central , a lot of shops around and not far from the heart of Bali . The "deluxe" villa wasnt the one we asked for but villa was ok . The beds and room were very confortable even tho there was not much equipment

We got "upgraded" to another villa than the one we booked because apparently this last one had a problem. The villa we had was a little bit disappointed at first. We got welcomed by a guy who wasnt really happy to be here and show us the villa . We had a lot of rubbish bags in front of the house, that havent been cleaned the whole week we were there. The equipments were really deceiving , we had nothing to hang towels in the bathroom , no gas for the cooktop, any water inside the drinking fountain. No rubbish bags or bins inside the house . Which leads to a mess inside it after couple days. We were told that they didnt provide any of the shampoo/shower gel before the guy finally came in with already used commodities. The sink was broken and dripping under it. The house was ok but service was really poor for the price we paid. We had a half week clean that was really well performed by the team tho I dropped a message to the owner before we left and never had any reply back. Thats only our experience, it could be different for someone else . But we wont deal with those people anymore. After few trips in Bali, that was our worst experience.
