Great location, very spacious and clean apartment.
A single A/C in the living room.

The apartment itself is very spacious, looks exactly like the photos, and is of a good standard.
The building is in very poor condition! The location is also not ideal, although the main attractions can be reached within a 20–30 minute walk.
Additionally, there was sometimes an unpleasant sewage smell coming from the toilet. On the second day of our stay, we had no hot water and were unable to take a shower. After reporting the issue, we were offered a 20% refund for that night. Unfortunately, despite this promise, we never received the refund.
